Most orders leave our facility within 2 to 5 business days after a pre-shipment quality check, with transit time depending on your location. Every order ships with insured freight and requires a signature on delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the damaged packaging and item, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file the freight claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I know what size pen or shelter I need?
It depends on how many birds you’re housing and their stage, such as chick, stag, or adult. Our product pages list recommended sizing, and our team is happy to help you choose before you order.
What materials are your pens and shelters made from?
Our pens use welded, hot-dip galvanized steel frames with tight-gauge wire mesh. Our teepee shelters are available in UV-treated canvas or molded fiberglass, depending on the model.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit my setup?

Why are some sizes frequently out of stock?
We produce in small, quality-tested batches rather than mass production, so popular sizes can sell out between runs. Restocks are typically announced on the product page.
Is assembly required?
Most pens arrive mostly assembled with a few panel connections to complete, and no welding or specialty tools are needed. Fiberglass shelters and carry boxes typically require no assembly at all.
